What does the Wenger Australia warranty cover?

Wenger Australia® fully guarantees our quality products to be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.

The Wenger Australia 5-year warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.

The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use
  • Consequential damage is expressly excluded from the warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Wenger Australia® will, at its discretion, repair or replace at no charge, unsatisfactory products.

The benefits to the consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

Upon receipt of items 1 through 5, your claim will be reviewed.

If it is determined that the damage to your product is the result of a defect in the materials or workmanship, you will be contacted regarding a replacement product.

1.Digital photographs of the product

  • Front view
  • Side view
  • 2 or 3 views of the defect

2.Product information

  • SKU-Number (i.e. WA-7953-02, GA-7305-14, etc)
  • PO-Number (i.e. ONJ1.4537, KNJ1.2486, etc.)
  • You can find the product information on a fabric label (usually black with white writing) in the following locations:

Computer Cases / Backpacks – sewn in to the seam in the computer compartment or the main zippered compartment

Executive accessories (Folios, Zip Folios, etc.) – under the notepad
